John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University (1987), and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University (1990) where he graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
John concentrates his practice in development of residential real estate, purchase and sales agreements and condominium law. He has had extensive experience representing financial institutions and private lenders in connection with residential and commercial real estate transactions. John’s practice also includes business formation, contracts and leasing, and litigation strategy and oversight. Particular to John’s broad business experience is legal advice related all aspects of restaurant and hospitality establishments including: formation, financing, employment matters, leasing and operations management of such enterprises
